Susan Godbee

Susan Godbee is a senior vice president and private wealth advisor for Pinnacle’s Atlanta market.

Susan has worked in financial services since 2001. Prior to joining Pinnacle, she worked for more than seven years with Synovus Bank, formerly the Bank of North Georgia, as a retail branch manager, commercial lender and private wealth advisor. She has spent her entire career in the banking and finance industry and holds her Series 7, Series 66, Life and Variable Life Insurance licenses, as well as the Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation.

Susan specializes in helping individuals, families and businesses with their financial planning. Throughout her career, her primary focus has been on spending time with, and being available to, clients to better understand each of their specific objectives. Susan works closely with attorneys, accountants and specialty advisors to ensure she is providing the right solutions to the right clients that can both preserve and grow wealth.

Susan received her degree in business management from Georgia State University and Georgia Banking School designation from the University of Georgia. She is also a member of the Young Professional Leadership Council for CURE, a legacy advisor at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, a member of the Cobb Community Foundation Professional Advisors and a past board chair of Advo Kids CASA in Fayette County.
