Rick Neal

Rick Neal is manager of Pinnacle Financial Partners’ commercial real estate lending team in Memphis. He also leads the firm’s affordable housing initiative.

Neal served at First Tennessee Bank for 23 years, where he led its commercial real estate lending group in Memphis, Nashville and North Carolina. He also established and led the bank’s affordable housing investment group. 

Neal earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Rhodes College. He is active in the Memphis community and currently serves as chairman of the Blight Authority of Memphis. Neal previously served on the grant committee for the Community Foundation of Memphis.
