Fredericka Scantling
Fredericka Scantling is a Client Service Center manager for Pinnacle. She is based at the firm’s service center in Franklin, TN.
Scantling joined Pinnacle in 2017 to help manage an expansion of the firm’s Client Service Center capabilities during a period of significant growth. She leads and coaches a first response unit responsible for helping clients with retail products and services, online banking and credit cards in a 24/7 call center. Prior to Pinnacle, Scantling was a general manager of infrastructure services for Ingram Barge and an operations manager for Dell, among many other roles. She began her career at First American Bank managing a service center.
Scantling holds three degrees, including an associate’s from Polk Community College in business management, a bachelor’s in business administration and organizational leadership from Lipscomb University and an MBA from Trevecca University.
She earned a certificate from the Southeastern School of Banking at Vanderbilt University and certifications in HDI Support Center Management and Service Operation through ITIL.
