Weather Closures

Due to the Tropical Storm Helene, several Pinnacle offices will be closed or operating on reduced hours.

Monday, September 30

This is a developing weather situation, and all decisions are subject to change. If hours or open status change, we will update this website. Please check for fresh information on PNFP.com/Weather or call your Pinnacle office before you venture out. Please stay safe in this storm.

Upstate South Carolina

  • Easley, Greenville Pelham Road and Mauldin offices will be open 10 a.m.-5 p.m. ET.
  • Greenville Laurens Road, Greenville McBee and Spartanburg offices will be closed until power is restored.

Asheville

  • Our Asheville office will be closed all day.

We know bank closures are inconvenient, so we have pulled together several resources you can use to find the easiest way for you to do your banking this week.

Pinnacle's Client Service Center and Pinnacle Anytime are still available 24 hours a day, and our digital banking options are available if you can't visit in person.

Online Banking
Online Banking is the easiest and most convenient way to manage your finances. You can see your complete financial picture, pay bills, view your statements, set up alerts and even deposit checks with the mobile app (detailed below). It’s a feature-rich system with an emphasis on security that helps you stay connected to your money.

If you’re not already signed up for Online Banking, you can enroll here for personal or here for business.

Mobile Check Deposit
Our mobile app makes it easy to deposit checks wherever you are. Just take a photo of the front and back of the check, fill out a few fields and submit. Be sure to include “Mobile Deposit Only” on the endorsement line.

If you haven’t already, enroll in Online Banking using the links above.

Then download the right app for your device.

Funds generally are available the next business day if they are deposited before 6 p.m. CT/7 p.m. ET. Daily and monthly limits may apply.
