Jeanne Basso is part of the Knoxville Pinnacle Asset Management team, where she is a registered client service associate for Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC.
Jeanne is an industry veteran providing support to Jeff Francis, Robert DeNovo and Jillian Sutton-Fenech. Along with performing day-to-day maintenance of accounts, Jeanne assists with client onboarding, client reporting and client service requests. She uses her experience to help clients understand the complex and is dedicated to providing a quality client experience.
Before joining Pinnacle, Jeanne worked for Raymond James/Morgan Keegan for 13 years and Smith Barney for 21 years. Having filled many roles in several departments over the years, including the bond department and serving as an assistant operations manager, Jeanne has a variety of experiences from which to draw as she serves our clients. She holds Series 7, 9, 10, 31 and 63 licenses.
Jeanne is originally from New Orleans, but now enjoys living in Tennessee with her husband, John, and three children. Outside the office, she enjoys gardening and travel.
