Erin Powers-Westendorf plays an integral role in serving our clients, working with our team to communicate information and address all needs and requests. A skillful problem solver, she addresses client requests and administrative needs with speed and accuracy. She supports the business operations of our team.
Prior to joining our team in October 2026, Powers-Westendorf was a registered client service associate at Truist Investment Services since 2007. She has worked in customer service for over 30 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from New York Institute of Technology.
Powers-Westendorf is originally from Hicksville, New York, and now lives in Estero, Florida. When not in the office, she enjoys women’s basketball, movies, art, music and Florida’s natural wonders.
