I love the opportunity to help people achieve their dreams of homeownership. Guiding my clients through the mortgage process can be incredibly rewarding, especially when I see the excitement on their faces when they get the keys. I always take time to understand their unique stories and work with them to build a tailored solution to fit their entire financial picture, whether it’s a first home, second home, vacation spot or investment property. A big part of that is staying constantly informed about the latest market trends and different mortgage options available. Thanks to this approach, I’ve built many lifelong friendships over the years. It’s a dream job!

ABOUT DEBBIE

• Has worked with mortgages since 1996
• From Brandon, MS and now lives in Memphis
• Loves the outdoors, traveling, spending time at the lake and spoiling her grandchildren
• 2024 Vice President of the Mortgage Bankers Association and graduate of Leadership MAAR.
• She has served on the steering committee for the Youth Village 5K, as chair of the fundraising committee for the MAAR Benevolent Fund and as treasurer for the Women’s Council of Realtors.
