EARNING TRUST
Helping someone through the most significant financial decision of their life requires a lot of trust, and trust must be earned. I seek to create lifetime bonds with my clients by showing their trust in me is well placed. One client who placed a great deal of trust in me was a grandmother working to get her granddaughter out of the foster care system. The pressure was high for both of us, as she had already been denied by other banks. We worked it out by taking a complete view of her finances and finding the right combination of terms to get her where she needed to be. Years later, she reached out to tell me her granddaughter had finished high school and was headed to college. That’s worth any amount of hard work. There’s no more fulfilling experience than that.
