Pinnacle Opens New, Larger Office for Greensboro Growth
Green Valley building adds square footage and room for expansion to the market
Today Pinnacle Financial Partners opened a new office to serve the Greensboro community at 707 Green Valley Road. It includes a full-service bank office and commercial banking team, as well as wealth and insurance advisors. The new facility replaces the office at Friendly Center on Northline Avenue.
“We built this office with a growth mindset,” said Rick Callicutt, Pinnacle’s chairman of the Carolinas and Virginia. “We’ve already seen progress in this market by making some key hires, and we’re building on that momentum in 2018. The Green Valley office is larger, more modern and conveniently located. We know clients will find it to be the perfect space to conduct business and meet with their financial advisors.”
The newly constructed three-story building is 24,000 square feet, with Pinnacle occupying the first and second floors. The first floor includes a full-service office to meet clients’ everyday banking needs, two drive-thru windows with an ATM and offices to accommodate future growth. The second floor is made up of offices for financial advisors serving client advisory, wealth and insurance needs. The third floor is open for lease.
The Green Valley office was developed on property purchased by High Point Bank prior to its merger with BNC Bancorp. Planning and construction took place during BNC’s merger with Pinnacle.
“This building represents a great through line from the history of High Point Bank straight to Pinnacle,” Callicutt said. “High Point Bank bought this property for the purpose of growing and improving service to clients in Greensboro. That plan never changed, and we are proud to see it through. We further the legacy of that institution every day by offering the same community bank service with the same team of trusted bankers.”
Lambert Architecture + Interiors designed the space, and Landmark Builders was the general contractor.
Pinnacle Financial Partners provides a full range of banking, investment, trust, mortgage and insurance products and services designed for businesses and their owners and individuals interested in a comprehensive relationship with their financial institution.
