Pinnacle Hits Another Level in Louisville with New Office, Addition of Two Veteran Bankers

One year after launching service to Louisville, Pinnacle Financial Partners is taking its presence in the market to the next level with a new office and the addition of two of Louisville’s best known and respected financial professionals.

The new office occupies 3,000 square feet and is in St. Matthews at 100 Mallard Creek Road, Suite 105. This is Pinnacle’s first location in the Louisville market, and already the team is planning to open its first full-service office.

Two of those associates are brand new to the firm and bring a combined 50 years of experience to the team: Financial Advisors Erica Dowd and Charles Robello.

Robello comes to Pinnacle with nearly 30 years of banking experience, most recently as market president of First Financial Bank in Louisville. Prior to that, he held various relationship management and leadership roles at PNC Bank and Wells Fargo.

Dowd comes to Pinnacle from Wells Fargo, where she was the bank’s seniormost credit officer in Kentucky. She has more than 20 years of banking experience as a credit officer and corporate banking relationship manager.

“I couldn’t be more excited than to have Charles and Erica join our team,” Crockett said. “I have known and worked with each of them for years, and we’re so fortunate they chose to bring their experience and expertise to Pinnacle. In addition to Crockett, Dowd and Robello, the team based at the new office includes financial advisors Rhodes Bratcher, John Shasky, treasury management advisor Doreen Langley, credit advisor Eric Whitfield and Kris Foster, area manager for Pinnacle’s Equipment Finance group.

The new office does not have deposit capabilities or an ATM. The team can offer all other products and services available at Pinnacle, including lending, cash management, wealth management, personal banking and more. The next location in Louisville is expected to be full-service.
