Pinnacle Financial Partners Remains Top Workplace in Knoxville
Pinnacle Financial Partners remains the number one workplace in Knoxville. The Knoxville News Sentinel announced the list of Top Workplaces this week, and Pinnacle is still No.1 in the midsize business category – a position they have earned for six out of seven years.
“Pinnacle strives to the best workplace in the Southeast, and awards like this show we are right on target,” said Mike DiStefano, the firm’s regional president in Knoxville. “Our founders were intentional about creating a culture centered on people and built on values that drive engagement, ownership and equity. Our associates stay true to those origins every day, and that’s why we’ve earned awards like this in nearly every market we serve. I am very proud of their commitment to each other.”
Pinnacle's retention rate of 94 percent in the Knoxville region is a evidence of the firm's commitment to creating an environment where associates love to come to work every day.
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LCC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, among other benchmarks.
