Payment Deferrals
Pinnacle will offer payment deferrals for existing clients order to provide relief and ready access to cash during this difficult and uncertain time. For existing loan clients, Pinnacle may defer payments for up to six months so you can assess recovery needs. This will be available on an as-needed basis in consultation with your financial advisor. Additional loan documents may be required.
Paying Your Bills
Because U.S. Mail service has been suspended in some areas, bills that are normally paid by mail may not be delivered on time. Our online banking bill pay offers electronic payment options if you can provide the payee's routing and account numbers.
If you are unable to use online bill pay and have an urgent payment, contact our Client Service Center. They can help you wire money to the right place.
