Online and Mobile Banking
Distinctive service includes providing our clients with convenient ways to manage their money. Whether you are at home, at work or on the go, we can help you get the access you need. With our online and mobile banking services you can:
- Manage your Pinnacle accounts. Check your account balance, search transactions or transfer funds between your accounts online, from your phone or on a tablet.
- Deposit checks from our iPhone, Android or iPad app.
- View your statements electronically and see up to 24 months of history on your accounts. Our online security means your statement is protected by your online banking login.
With our online banking system, account activity alerts can notify you when your balance drops below a certain level, a check clears or a deposit is made. This feature allows you to avoid unnecessary service charges, ensure transactions are processed and be notified of unusual activity on your accounts. Our custom iPad application gives you much of the same functionality as online banking but makes your experience more user-friendly on your tablet.
Online Bill Pay
Stop writing paper checks and make your life simpler by automating your finances. Setting up automatic payments helps ensure your bills are paid on time and is much easier than sitting down with your checkbook and a stack of bills. You can track everything online to ensure that your accounts are balanced. Within our online bill pay system you can easily check balances, review account activity, manage payments, set up account activity alerts, transfer funds and see pending transactions from anywhere in real time 24 hours a day.
Personal Financial Manager (PFM)
With PFM, you can track all of your accounts--savings, checking, mortgage, investments and even those outside of Pinnacle--in one place. We even offer a MoneyMobile app so you can see everything from your phone or tablet. If you already use PFM in our online banking system, you can download the MoneyMobile App from Money Desktop and sync all your budgets, transactions and goals to your mobile or tablet device.
PFM is fully integrated into Pinnacle's Online Banking, so you know your information is secure.
It's easy to enroll--just log into Online Banking, click the "PFM" tab and follow the steps to get started. If you are not an online banking user, you can find a demo and enrollment instructions below.
To begin using the MoneyMobile capabilities, download the MoneyMobile app from the iTunes App Store or Google Play store. The app will prompt you to get an activation code within PFM. Simply click the setting icon, go to the Mobile Devices tab and generate an access code.
Apple Pay
Your Pinnacle consumer credit and debit MasterCard are now Apple Pay ready. Apple Pay allows you to make purchases at many retailers with the touch of a finger. Clients with consumer accounts can get started by loading their Pinnacle credit or debit cards on their iPhone 6 or Apple Watch. When you’re ready to pay, hold the apple device near a contactless reader and place your finger on Touch ID. Apple Pay also allows you to pay for a variety of online purchases in apps. It’s an easy, secure and private way to pay for purchases at participating retail locations using your iPhone 6 and/or Apple Watch.
