Managing Your Finances on the Go

We strive to make your financial life as easy as possible by offering a variety of tools that allow you to bank when, where and how is most convenient for you. In the past few months we have introduced several new mobile apps that give you the ability to do everything from balancing your budget to approving wires to setting up debit card alerts on the go.

Several of these apps are powered by our Online Banking, so the first step is to enroll in that service. You can go here to get started for personal accounts or go here for business.

Personal Mobile Banking

With the Pinnacle Personal Banking app, you can manage your accounts by checking balances, transferring funds and depositing checks. Recent updates give you the ability to preview account balances without logging in, see the front and back of checks that weren’t deposited by phone, and schedule transfers. Guests can also log into their accounts using your app. Android users can download the Pinnacle Personal app here, and iPhone users can go here to download.

Our custom iPad application gives you much of the same functionality as Online Banking but makes your experience more user-friendly on your tablet.

Business Mobile Banking

Pinnacle recently launched a new mobile banking app just for businesses. With Pinnacle Business Banking, you can check balances and transfer funds, approve wires and deposit checks. Check deposit limits start at $5,000 a day/$10,000 a month but can be adjusted from there. Talk with your financial advisor to set the limit that works best for your business. After you enroll in business mobile banking, call us at 800-264-3613 to enable this feature.

MoneyMobile

MoneyMobile is the app version of our Personal Financial Manager (PFM), which lets you track all of your consumer accounts--savings, checking, mortgage, investments and even those outside of Pinnacle--in one place. It's easy to enroll--just log into Online Banking, click the "PFM" tab and follow the steps to get started.

Once you’re enrolled in PFM, you can download the MoneyMobile app from the App Store or Google Play. The app will prompt you to get an activation code within PFM. Simply click the setting icon, go to the Mobile Devices tab and generate an access code.

Apple Pay

Your Pinnacle consumer credit and debit MasterCard are now Apple Pay ready. Apple Pay allows you to make purchases at many retailers with the touch of a finger. Clients with consumer accounts can get started by loading their Pinnacle credit or debit cards on their iPhone 6 or Apple Watch. When you’re ready to pay, hold the apple device near a contactless reader and place your finger on Touch ID. Apple Pay also allows you to pay for a variety of online purchases in apps. It’s an easy, secure and private way to pay for purchases at participating retail locations. You can learn more about Apple Pay here.
