This number is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You will be connected to a live person who will be able to turn off your card, determine any unauthorized transactions and order you a replacement.

If you opened your account in the Carolinas or Virginia, please call 844.860.0110 immediately to report your card lost or stolen.

Did you lose any additional information?
