Avery Young

Avery Young is a health & benefits advisor who helps business leaders and their associates benefit from tax-advantaged accounts paired with health insurance offerings. She joined Pinnacle in 2025 from Gallagher Benefit Services after 15 years in the industry, including benefits management for several large, self-insured companies in Nashville and regional and national benefits consulting firms in Nashville, San Diego and Atlanta. Young is an Alabama native and Vanderbilt University graduate.
