Debbie Buckland

Debbie Buckland serves as an area manager for Pinnacle in North Florida. 

Buckland began her financial services career in Roanoke, VA, in 1979. She has worked in retail, private banking and commercial/middle market in several markets throughout Virginia with SunTrust (now Truist). She and her family moved to Florida in 1998, where she resumed her career, eventually retiring from Truist as market president. 

Buckland earned her bachelor’s from Emory & Henry College in Emory, VA. She is currently chair of Jacksonville Transportation Authority and serves on the board of WJCT Public Media and Baptist Beaches Medical Center. She is past chair of JAXChamber, Downtown Vision, Inc. and American Cancer Society. Buckland is a 2019 inductee into First Coast Business Hall of Fame and recipient of 2025 OneJax Humanitarian Award.
