Billie Jo Parker

Billie Jo Parker joined Pinnacle in February 2020 and serves as area manager of client services for Pinnacle’s West Tennessee region. In this role, she oversees the retail banking offices and manages the West Tennessee market's client experience and associate development initiatives.

Parker’s banking career dates back to 2004, when she joined Regions Bank. Four years later, she was part of a team that formed Metropolitan Bank, now Renasant Bank, where she was senior managing director of private client experience and operations.

Parker earned degrees in Spanish and international business from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, and an MBA from Christian Brothers University in Memphis. She is currently pursuing a degree from the American Banker Association's (ABA) Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia.

Parker chairs the Young Bankers Division of the Tennessee Bankers Association (TBA) and is an ex officio member of the TBA board. In October 2022, she was an inaugural recipient of the ABA's Emerging Leaders Award.

Parker is an alumni and mentor for the Nexus Leadership program in Memphis and the New Memphis Institute Leadership Intensive Program. She has also worked with tnAchieves and the Junior League of Memphis.
