Pinnacle Wins Silver at Best Places to Work Awards in Huntsville

Pinnacle Financial Partners is once again one of the best companies to work for in Huntsville. The firm was named No. 2 in the small company category in a field of 27 local finalists evaluated by Best Places to Work® and announced by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce.

This is the second year Pinnacle has placed in the rankings. Each year, more than 150 local companies participate to better understand workplace dynamics, identify areas for improvement and celebrate their achievements.

The Best Places to Work winners are determined exclusively on the basis of employees' responses to standard scaled survey questions on the Best Places to Work Survey, administered and calculated by third-party employee engagement firm Quantum Workplace. The survey consists of closed and open-ended questions on culture, camaraderie, leadership transparency and other criteria.

The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber serves as the catalyst for economic development activities in the community, serving as a single point of contact for prospective and existing businesses in their efforts to establish a new business or to expand existing operations. 

Pinnacle entered Alabama in the summer of 2021 by hiring a team of local financial services professionals to open offices in Huntsville and Birmingham.
