Pinnacle Lands in Top 20 Among PEOPLE Magazine's Companies That Care

Pinnacle Financial Partners was named in the top 20 of the 2025 PEOPLE^® Companies that Care list by Great Place To Work^® and PEOPLE magazine. This is Pinnacle’s sixth time being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at No. 16, up from No. 76 in 2024.

Earning a spot means that Pinnacle has surpassed rigorous benchmarks, establishing itself as one of the best companies to work for in the country.

Companies also submit essays that are validated by employee survey data to give a complete picture of the way an organization cares for its employees, its community, and the planet. To be considered for the list, companies must be Great Place To Work Certified^™ and have at least 10 U.S. employees.

Pinnacle also ranked in the top 10 of Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For^® 2025 (No. 9), No. 3 among the Fortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance 2024 and in Fortune Best Workplaces for Women 2024 (No. 8) and Fortune Best workplaces for Millennials 2024 (No. 9).
