Pinnacle Financial Partners is still the No. 1 Best Place to Work in the Triangle region of North Carolina. The Triangle Business Journal announced the ranking Thursday, Aug. 8, at a luncheon with Pinnacle placing first in the large companies category. The firm has ranked No. 1 four of the past five years, earning the No. 2 spot in 2023.
