Pinnacle Financial Partners is the No. 1 Best Place to Work in the Triad

Firm tops the list of extra-large workplaces for the eighth year in a row

For the eighth year in a row, Pinnacle Financial Partners has been named the No. 1 Best Place to Work in the Triad region of North Carolina representing Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point. The Triad Business Journal announced the winners at an event at Main Event Greensboro on May 21. Pinnacle topped the extra-large companies category (greater than 300 associates). This is one of many local workplace awards the firm has won in North Carolina.

The Best Places to Work competition is based on third-party research from Quantum Workplace, a leading employee engagement firm. They send anonymous surveys to employees with closed and open-ended questions on culture, and other criteria. Average scores from these surveys determine the final rankings and awards.
