Pinnacle Financial Partners is once again the No. 1 Best Place To Work in Atlanta, announced by The Atlanta Business Chronicle at the annual awards celebration at the Signia by Hilton. This is the fifth consecutive year the firm has earned a place on the list and the first year to compete in the large company category.
“Every single associate on our team helped earn this award for us,” said Rob Garcia, regional president for Pinnacle. “By showing up with servant hearts, partnering with each other and pulling in the same direction, they make it a joy to come to work at Pinnacle. That’s our winning formula: hire the most experienced, talented financial services professionals and give them a great work environment so they can create raving fans of our clients.”
Pinnacle associates in Atlanta have consistently given their workplace culture high marks. Atlanta associates had this to say in the anonymous survey administered by Quantum Workplace.
“I have worked over 45 years at various banks and mortgage companies. Pinnacle is by far the best company I have ever been! The first day on the job, all new employees are flown to our headquarters in Nashville to meet in person with all the top members of the company. This allows everyone to see first-hand the true culture of the company and hear the goals and direction moving forward. Pinnacle hires for individual strengths. Each employee does what they are best at 80% of the time and assist others 20% of the time. This way we are all doing a job we enjoy and are good at, while assisting our teammates reach the goal of the company!”
“Our CEO built this company with the basic principle that if you hire the best people and create a culture that has them fully engaged, then their customer will follow them. The financial success takes care of itself. The CEO has been consistent that principle for 25 years and Pinnacle has been the highest performing bank in its peer group for decades. The number 1 reason people leave Pinnacle is retirement.”
“I've been in business for over 43 years, and the culture, management team, values, are like no other organization that I have worked for. Other companies talk about all these things but don't deliver – Pinnacle delivers. From the very top of the house (our Chairman and CEO) to every Associate in the organization, all are thoroughly committed to the success of this company because it depends on our own success as Associates and shareholders too. Wish I would have found this organization many years ago.”
“Pinnacle is truly special! In my 40 years of lending, I have never worked for a firm like it! Pinnacle is dedicated to serving our clients, whatever that looks like...effective advice or a loan. We put our client's needs first and are dedicated to building that relationship. It is a simple business model, but it seems that no other financial institution gets it. Terry Turner is simply awesome and has created something special that I am most certainly proud to be a part of.”
“I realized The Pinnacle Juice is Real! Everyone gets it. Everyone has bought into the vision casted by Terry Turner which implores us to be the Best Bank in all of Southeast! I love winning, and this is a company where people set aside their egos and prides for the greater good! We all work towards a goal and like the two Oxen yoked together we can do more and go further. Pinnacle is the BEST Decision I have ever made professionally, and I am so glad they found me.”
