Pinnacle Financial Partners Expands Community Association Program
Pinnacle Financial Partners is growing its Community Association Program with the addition of two financial services veterans. Financial Advisors Don Plank who is based at the firm’s McLean, VA office and Elle Larkin, who will cover parts of the Pacific Northwest and Northern California, joined the firm with more than 30 years of combined experience.

Their expertise will be invaluable as we continue to expand and strengthen our program.”
Plank joins the firm with 19 years of experience and serves as a financial advisor. He came to the firm from EJF Real Estate Services, Inc., where he was vice president of acquisitions and special projects. Don also served as a business development officer at National Cooperative Bank for over nine years where he gained extensive experience in community association lending. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University and a Master of Education degree from Vanderbilt University.
Larkin brings 12 years of financial services experience to Pinnacle. She joins the firm from First Citizens Bank, where she served as a vice president and regional sales officer. She also served at Pacific Premier Bank as a vice president and senior HOA relationship manager. She received her bachelor’s from the University of Washington.
