Pinnacle Establishes New Convenience and Gas Finance Specialty Team with Financial Advisors John Boyle and Michael Quinn Joining the Firm

Pinnacle Financial Partners continues to expand its suite of specialized middle market and corporate banking advisory services with the addition of John Boyle as a team lead and Michael Quinn as a financial advisor for the newly formed Convenience & Gas (C&G) specialty team. With decades of experience in financial services, Boyle and Quinn focus on providing tailored growth and acquisition debt solutions for convenience store and gas station operators, as well as private equity and family office investors nationwide.

Boyle comes to Pinnacle from Citizens Bank, where he was senior vice president in the specialized finance division focused on C&G lending. Prior to that, he served at TCF Bank and other financial institutions. Boyle earned an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.  He is based in the Chicago area, positioned to serve clients across the country.

Quinn joins the firm from Capital One, where he was a founding member of the Convenience & Gas Banking group. Most recently, Quinn served as senior vice president and relationship manager, providing financing and other commercial banking services to the C&G industry. Quinn earned an MBA in finance and organizational strategy from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ithaca College. Quinn is based in Pinnacle’s Tysons Corner office in McLean, VA.
