Experienced Community Association Advisor Noni Roan Joins Pinnacle
Noni Roan has joined Pinnacle Financial Partners’ community association team as a financial advisor based in the firm’s National Capital Region. Roan has 20 years of community association experience and has served on the property management side of the industry, as well as the financial services side. Most recently she was vice president and regional account executive for CIT, a division of First Citizens Bank, in Washington, DC.

Roan is based at Pinnacle’s Tysons Corner office in McLean, VA, and will serve the National Capital Region. She is a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) DC’s education committee, chair of CAI Chesapeake’s education committee and a member of CAI Central Virginia chapter’s (CVC) events and education committees. Roan was part of a team at CIT that developed and executed the bank’s virtual software expo, featuring digital solutions such as those designed for community association clients.
Prior to her work at CIT, Roan was property manager/business manager with Main Street Property Management in Gaithersburg, MD. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing at Towson University in Maryland and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.
