Anthony Thompkins Joins Pinnacle Financial Partners as Office Leader in Murfreesboro

Anthony Thompkins has joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as the office leader for its full-service location on Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro. He joins the firm with more than a decade of banking leadership and a deep commitment to relationship-driven service and community engagement.

“Anthony has served Murfreesboro clients for years and knows this community inside and out,” said Stephanie Kusch, area manager for Pinnacle. “He’s a great banker, mentor and advocate for his clients. Thompkins comes to Pinnacle from First Horizon Bank, where he managed a large portfolio and led a high-performing team. He specializes in retail and small business banking and has a strong focus on developing future leaders and building financial confidence through client education. He’s hosted monthly financial literacy workshops and coached clients and associates alike to help them grow.

Thompkins continues to invest in his hometown by serving on the board of the Salvation Army of Murfreesboro and the volunteer committee of Murfreesboro Young Professionals. He is also a member of the 2025 class of Leadership Rutherford.
