PNFP Reports Diluted Earnings per Share of $0.35 for 4Q 2017
Pinnacle reported net income per diluted common share of $0.35 for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2017. Excluding several items, net income per diluted common share was $0.97 and $3.57 for the three months and year ended Dec. 31, 2017, respectively.

Pinnacle has opened its newest Middle Tennessee office in the Capitol View development on the ground floor of the building anchored by HCA. It is conveniently located at the north end of the Gulch, just south of Germantown. Because of its proximity to Interstate 40/65, the office is accessible to large parts of North and West Nashville.
Pinnacle Opens New Memphis Main Office on Shady Grove Road
Pinnacle has opened its new Memphis main office at 949 South Shady Grove Road. This location houses a full banking office and drive-thru, as well as nearly 100 financial advisors, market leaders, and support staff. It replaces the previous main office on Quail Hollow Road.

Pinnacle reported net income per diluted common share of $0.83 for the quarter ended September 30, 2017, compared to net income per diluted common share of $0.71 for the quarter ended September 30, 2016, an increase of 16.9 percent.
