Pinnacle Financial Partners has expanded wealth management services at the firm’s Raleigh Glenwood office with the addition of trust portfolio advisor Matt Brearley. He brings 15 years of experience consulting with high net worth clients on the most efficient strategies to accumulate, distribute and pass on wealth. Pinnacle associates Brielle Pittman and Christina Hare also joined the firm recently, as financial specialist and financial advisor assistant, respectively. Both are based at the Raleigh Glenwood office with Brearley at 3515 Glenwood Ave.

Kroll Bond Rating Agency Upgrades Pinnacle Credit Ratings to A- and BBB+

Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) recently upgraded credit and preferred shares ratings for Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. (Nasdaq/NGS: PNFP), affirming the firm’s strategic business model and navigation of the pandemic. The agency upgraded Pinnacle's senior unsecured credit rating to A- (from BBB+). Likewise, the subordinated debt rating was upgraded to BBB+ (from BBB). These ratings place Pinnacle at the upper end of KBRA’s rated bank universe.

Pinnacle Financial Partners Relocating Corporate Headquarters to Nashville Yards in Downtown Nashville

Pinnacle Financial Partners announced today that it will relocate its corporate headquarters to a new, to-be-constructed office tower at Nashville Yards, the 18-acre project in downtown Nashville from owner and developer Southwest Value Partners. Pinnacle will be the anchor tenant in the multi-tenant tower, the first of that kind in Nashville Yards, which is also home to Amazon Nashville.

Jan Beatty-Hendley Joins Pinnacle

Experienced trust and fiduciary specialist Jan Beatty-Hendley has joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as a relationship manager for Pinnacle Asset Management. She is based at the company’s Concord office at 271 Copperfield Blvd. Beatty-Hendley came to Pinnacle from Wells Fargo Bank, most recently serving as senior trust and fiduciary specialist for the greater Charlotte region.

Commercial Banker Chris Rutledge Joins Pinnacle

Pinnacle Financial Partners welcomed longtime SunTrust Bank (now Truist) commercial banker Chris Rutledge to the Chattanooga team. He is located at the Broad Street office. Across 26 years at SunTrust in Chattanooga, Rutledge served as a portfolio manager, commercial banker and senior credit officer. He also covered specialty sectors including nonprofit, government, healthcare, schools and universities, and senior housing.

Pinnacle Growing Team and Office Network in Atlanta

The firm will soon begin construction on a new full-service office in Buckhead, marking Pinnacle’s first Atlanta expansion outside its flagship office in Riverwood.
