This is how to visit us at our new home.

New Headquarters and Flagship Office

Pinnacle is moving into its new headquarters and flagship retail office in 2025, and we can’t wait to welcome you through the doors.

The new Pinnacle Tower sits in the heart of Nashville Yards, a 19-acre mixed use development with office, residential, retail, restaurants and entertainment. It’s a secure, controlled campus tailored for a professional atmosphere during business hours. Nashville Yards was designed for easy accessibility from any part of town, with multiple garage entrances.

The Tower has ample parking in its underground garage, and we will validate when visiting for business. We have a Pinnacle banking office on the first floor next to the lobby. It’s easily accessible from surface level on the north side of the Tower and from the parking garage underneath. The garage elevator takes you to the Tower lobby, our first-floor retail office and upper floors. Our Music, Sports & Entertainment team are on the second floor, with more financial advisors and other associates on floors 21-25.

By foot or bike, the Tower is accessible within 5-15 minutes from all of downtown, Midtown, Capitol View, the Gulch and the Riverfront.

Directions, Parking & FAQ

How do I get to the new office?
Nashville Yards was designed for easy accessibility from any part of town, with multiple garage entrances on two separate levels.

Approaching from the north and east:

  • From Charlotte Ave or Commerce Street, 10th Avenue will take you to the lower garage entrance, traveling below surface streets to the base of the Tower.

Approaching from the south and west:

  • From Broadway, 10th Avenue will take you to the lower garage entrance, traveling under the surface streets to the base of the Tower. 

By foot or bike, the Tower is accessible within 5-15 minutes from all of downtown, Midtown, CapitolView, the Gulch and the Riverfront.

Where do I park? Is it free?
Nashville Yards has thousands of parking spaces, including more than 1,000 in the garage beneath the Pinnacle Tower. When visiting Pinnacle for business, we offer validation for your convenience.

Is it easy and accessible to get into the office or visit someone on an upper floor?
When visiting the retail office on the first floor:

  • Approach by foot on the north side of the building, where we have a dedicated entrance, or enter through the Tower’s main lobby.
  • By car, park in the garage and take the elevator to the first-floor lobby. Our office is on the north side.

When visiting a financial advisor on an upper floor:

  • Enter the Tower’s lobby by foot or from the garage elevator and check in with the reception desk. They will direct you to the elevators, which will know which floor you’re visiting and take you straight there.

The Pinnacle Tower and our offices are fully accessible to those with mobility issues. Elevators are available for every floor; pedestrians use broad, flat walkways; and accessible parking is available in the garage.

Will the Symphony Place office close?
The retail office on the first floor of The Pinnacle at Symphony Place (150 3rd Ave S) will remain open until mid-2027 to conveniently serve our Lower Broadway clients and others nearby. The retail office at 10th Ave S, next to Union Station Hotel, closes Jan. 31 at 12 p.m.

Move and Opening Dates

Pinnacle associates will move in phases throughout the first and second quarters of 2025. To confirm the date your financial advisor will begin work at the Pinnacle Tower, give them a call.
