Worst app ever! I've hated it from the beginning. Not sure why Pinnacle felt this was an improvement. Seriously considering changing to a different bank. Like almost everyone now, I rely on mobile banking for all of my banking needs. I can't get the app to work at all now. It keeps crashing. I've deleted twice & reinstalled. No luck. So disappointing.

We apologize for the issues you are experiencing. Our team is actively working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We believe the issue affects devices with Android 9 so upgrading to a newer version of Android may resolve the issue in the meantime. The app was recently updated and has fixed many issues, including a bug that prevented deposits. As always, Pinnacle support was excellent when contacted about the problems. Their old version app had an easier to use interface. One nuisance is that if you fail to select which account you're depositing to BEFORE entering the amount, it will blank it out and you'll be forced to enter it again. Keyboard covers the button used to take pictures of checks, so you are forced to exit your keyboard to continue with your deposit, instead of the app automatically adjusting to the keyboard's presence. I have added a star from my prior review due to the increased stability, speed and the fixes that allow me deposit checks again, but the app certainly have a better interface. I'm happy to see the progress - keep going!

I just got a new phone, Samsung s22 ultra, and I run a business through these Pinnacle accounts, and I need to have quick access. The app isn't working. I am able to log in on the website, but the app is what I'm rating. Also, it would be great to have a faster login on the app when you do get it fixed. A 4 digit pin like my other banks would be amazing please! I will adjust my rating if the app gets fixed. If not, I'll have to switch banks altogether.
