The office gives you a perfect blend of technology and human touch. It offers full-service banking with two financial experts on staff and 24/7 access to innovative new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) that blend in-person service with ATM convenience.

Kelly Baucom leads the Innovation Center and is your go-to partner for any financial questions and needs. She’s worked at Pinnacle since 2011, serving in a wide variety of client-facing roles that prepared her for almost anything you can throw at her. Kelly and financial specialist Keleigh Carnes can help you open accounts, apply for loans, move money and process payments, connect you with wealth services, talk about your business and much, much more.

Pinnacle’s Interactive Teller Machines can meet many of your needs 24/7, right in the secure entryway to our Innovation Center office. It can take on more complex transactions than an ATM like cashing checks, taking cash and check deposits, withdrawing large amounts and dispensing bills of almost any denomination. They have a direct connection to all of Pinnacle’s systems, providing real-time access to all your account information. And with large, high visibility touch screens, our ITMs can connect you live with a Pinnacle associate based in Middle Tennessee to help with questions and transactions that need a human touch.
